As part of our RBG Cares Community pillar, RBG rounds out the year by giving back to the communities in which we operate with our annual “Cheers & Joy for the Holidays” program.

Teams from our internal philanthropic arm, Cheers For Charity, and internal employee engagement program, #RBGJOY, partnered to bring forth various community engagement events this holiday season. From east to west, local committees plan and execute events that resonate with our employees and the communities they serve such as:
Toy drives
Winter clothing drive
Health care packages
Allied Beverages donates toys to Toys For Tots
Premium Distributors of Michigan collects food and donates to Lake Orion/Oxford FISH

The “Cheers & Joy for the Holidays” program also provides leadership development opportunities for our committee members who organize events between their facility and local charities. By collaborating with our internal employee engagement program, we help bring more joy to the community.

As part of this year's holiday program, RBG teams planned approximately 15 charity events. We are grateful for the opportunities we’ve had to collaborate with charitable organizations and look forward to more joyful moments in the future.
