Reyes Beverage Group (RBG) and Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) today announced that they have entered into purchase agreements for RBG to purchase RNDC’s operations in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

“As Reyes celebrates its 50th anniversary, this marks an exciting new chapter for our team,” said Tom Day, Chief Executive Officer of RBG. “Our thanks to the RNDC team for their engagement throughout this process. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome new team members, supplier partners and customers in these markets.”

RBG plans to run the newly acquired businesses separately from its current operations as it onboards new team members and suppliers. Upon completion of the transaction, this will be RBG’s largest acquisition to-date.

In light of this development, the parties remain on track to close the transaction as early as the end of May 2026. Until the transaction closes, all of RNDC’s markets remain part of RNDC.

This transaction is still subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing requirements.
